Shipping costs

There are no shipping charges for orders with a total value of Rs 10000 / – or higher. Applicable shipping costs for order values below ₹10000/ –.We usually offer Free Shipping on majority of our products (Excluding COD charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations.These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.The shipping charges can be modified by at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

 Shipping Method delivers if sold by orders through its own logistics tie ups at its direct service locations. Orders from all other locations are shipped through reputable logistics service providers (couriers) or through vendors own logistics service providers (couriers) or vendor own sales / service centre. You can be sure that the products will reach you in perfect condition.We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

Delivery Agent

The packaged product is picked up from the seller’s location by an Delivery Agent and delivered to the buyers’ location.Keep your products packed and schedule a pick-up and an Delivery Agent will deliver your product to the customer.Good if you want to leave your delivery work to Our Delivery Agent

If you choose Easy Ship, you will store and pack your products and Amazon will deliver it to your customers


If you choose Self Ship, you will store, pack, and deliver your products to your customers  on your own by using a third-party service or your own delivery agent

Locations offered. and their vendors have reliable courier partners that cover most places throughout the country.For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. In case that your location is not covered by any of our delivery partners or our sale excluded location, we will contact you to find alternative arrangements to send you the products. If the alternative arrangements cannot be resolved, your payments will be reimbursed and the order will be cancelled.

Delivery Time classifies its products as “regular order” and “large order” products. Regular order products are shipped from the warehouse if fulfilled by us or by vendor directly to your address the same day or the next day. Special order products are large packages shipped within 2 weeks of the order date. Depending on your location, shipments may take from 1 to 7 days or more in case of international vendors to arrive. You can follow the details of your order once you sign in to your account. Our customer service could also help you with more details about the order, when necessary. In some cases, products may be procured for the specific requirement. It could take up to 2 weeks for shipping the order in such cases. In case of availability issues, the customer support team would get in touch with you to suggest alternatives and arrive at a solution.Any delivery date if displayed while placing the order i.e. on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout and Order Confirmation page and in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. Post shipment of the order, an Estimated Delivery Date will be displayed in the ‘Order Details’ under ‘My Account ‘ section which will help you to keep a track of the shipment status of your order.

Cash on Delivery option

Cash on Delivery (C.O.d) option availability is dependent on the coverage offered by of our shipping partners and vendors. accepts C.O.d only for transaction values lesser than Rs 25,000.You may not be able to avail the C.O.d facility if either of these conditions is not met. We do offer Cash on Delivery available on few selective products at the moment. Products under Cash on Delivery are delivered at your address by courier or authorised person assigned by vendor whose product you have ordered. If we do not have services in your area or not able to deliver due to certain reasons we will revert back your money in same form mentioned in refund policy. This will also be mentioned on product page

Delivery Internationally

We do deliver limited products to international locations but with special arrangements for which you need to contact customer care or fill up contact form. This will be mentioned on product page.

Delivery of Products

We need signature for any goods delivered after which you will be responsible for the goods purchased. If you select a recipient not for you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) you accept that the proof of signature by them (or on this delivery address) is proof of delivery and sold by or vendor/manufacturer as the case may be , and transfer of responsibility in the same manner.

Please note, estimated delivery times for use as a guide only and start from the date of dispatch, usually 7-11 business days. is not responsible for any delay caused by customs clearance of destination, vendors and other government authorities or because of force majeure.

Free Shipping

  • We offer FREE DELIVERY on most products or it will be specified in the description of the total purchase.
  • For the Product Category with Shipping Cost, the total shipping charge for your Order will be displayed once you proceed to pay.
  • Charges, where applicable, are prepaid and should not be assumed by the customer.
  • It is our effort to send all the items of your order together; however, this is not always possible due to product characteristics or availability and different vendor products. There may also be restrictions to accept orders for certain PIN codes that cannot be sent to those destinations. In such scenarios, the order will not be accepted online and a message will be displayed requesting that an alternative pin code be provided.
  • Currently, each order can be sent only to a single shipping address. If you want to send products to different addresses, you must place several orders.

Tracking Packages

We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

Non-availability on Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
