Cancellation-Return-Refund Policy

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems due to credit and fraud. Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled  in case after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account and  for other modes  in same way received except cash which will be credited in your bank account verified.

Non-Receipt of Payment

  • Cash deposit payment mode orders will be cancelled for non-receipt of cash within 48 hours from the time of placing the order
  • Cheque/DD or other  payment mode orders will be cancelled if cheque is not deposited or intimation of the same is not given to us within 48 hours from the time of placing the order

Cancellation by the Customer

Please contact our Customer Care in case you wish to cancel the Order. On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us. In some cases this can happen in an hour after you place the order. In cases where the cancellation request reaches us before the shipping gets initiated, there will be no cancellation charges. In cases where shipping has been initiated, a cancellation charge of  â‚č 80/- (Rupees Eighty Only)shall apply.


At shreemati, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cash / Cheque / DD, we will send you a Cheque. Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days on all clear situations. In case of payments by Cheque or DD; it may take more time for the Cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account after you deposit the Cheque.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank. To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund.

Returns Policy** 

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. Please make a video while opening the packet (full boxing/unboxing* video) start video by making 360° video of intact package/parcel from outside and then opening of the parcel and same applies while handing over to delivery pick up boy.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage products without boxing/unboxing* video proof.
We ll not entertain any complain without boxing/unboxing” video.

If you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within 7 days as follows:

** Damaged / Defective:

If the shipment delivered is either damaged or defective, please contact Customer Care or via email on, within 48 hours of delivery. You must also attach images of the product clearly highlighting the damage or defect. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. You received a defective item;

  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.
  • In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item.
  • The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
  • The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

Note: Products that have been assembled and/or installed, hygiene products cannot be returned in this manner. Please contact your local authorised service centre of the manufacturer/Vendor if they have for such products, and follow their instructions or let us know if service centre is not mentioned for alternative by manufacturer/Vendor. Time may vary depending upon real ground conditions or technical or dispute, if any. will not accept liability in any form for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

** Product not to your liking:

We will accept returns of only Apparel if the product is not to your liking. You can return any product that fails to meet your expectation, no questions asked, as long as it is in its original packaging and is accompanied with its invoice.

We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 20% maintenance stock charge, ONLY if you notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Note: Personal items including Lingerie and other hygiene  products are excluded due to hygiene reasons.

You may return the product to us in the following ways:-

** Returns at a nearby Vendor/Manufacturer store / pickup locations or Address Provided:

  • You may contact our Customer Care within 48 hours of having received the product and request a return/exchange.
  • Once you have approval from Customer Care about which vendor store / pickup locations or address the product can be returned at, you may visit the store / pickup locations and return the products in unused condition, along with the original invoice.
  • We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice.
  • You can opt to return in store / pickup locations only once the product is delivered to you.
  • You can opt to return in store / pickup locations only within duration of 7 days after product delivery.
  • Return in store / pickup locations will not be accepted if items are brought to the store / pickup locations after the specified date or duration.
  • Items purchased under an offer or promotion may / may not be returnable in store / pickup locations.
  • Return in store / pickup locations will not be accepted if all the items in the request are not presented together.
  • All items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt.
  • Any items that have been altered or repaired will not be accepted at the store / pickup locations(s).
  • Footwear or dust free items should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust Carts until you are certain you are keeping them. Footwear or dust free items that is returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles  or in used condition with dirt will not be accepted.
  • Product with dust on it which is deemed to be used will not be returned.
  • If items are not accepted during quality check done at store / pickup locations, then return request will be rejected & no refund will be initiated.
  • No exchange request can be entertained against the return request raised.
  • Refund will be initiated only after product is handed over & accepted in the store / pickup locations.

** Returns through Courier Collection:

  • You may contact our Customer Care within 48 hours of having received the product and request a return/exchange pick up. We will arrange for the products to be collected from the delivery address through courier if we have that service and as the case may be and process the return/exchange subject to receipt of the products at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return/ exchange may not be possible.
  • If you request a return through courier collection, at the time of collecting the products, you will be given a courier receipt /Bill, which is to be retained for future reference.
  • You may opt for either pickup or self-ship while requesting for a return. Steps for the two options are listed below. If opting for pickup, please follow the steps below to return product(s):
  1. Contact Customer Care to request a return and opt for pickup
  2. Within 1 business day you’ll receive a Payment link, on your registered email address, to pay a fee applicable as reverse logistics charges
  3. Within 2 business days of payment, you’ll receive pickup confirmation and details on your registered email address. Please ensure the item(s) to be returned are placed in the original packaging and all tags, accessories and parts are included
  4. Our logistics partner will reach out to you, within a maximum of 7 business days, for the pickup

If opting for self-ship, please follow the steps below to return product(s):

  1. Contact Customer Care to request a return and opt for self-ship and address.
  2. Place the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging and make sure that all tags, accessories and parts are included.
  3. Secure the package and address it to vendor directly or to our nearest pick up and drop address provided by us.

NOTE : Please use only prescribed courier  for return shipments

  1. Scan and share the receipt at along with order number and reason for return.

** Others-

Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

No returns of products purchased through other marketplaces like Amazon or Flipkart shall be accepted online through our website.

** Return Policy Exceptions:

Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories: . Also, shreemati reserves the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as “Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.”

  • All items purchased through  should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt
  • Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.

After inspection we will confirm whether the Products are in an acceptable condition or not. Such as

  1. Name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and price tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
  2. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and should be non-tampered actual products.
  3. The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
  4. Product’s original packaging/box should be undamaged. This confirmation of accepting the returned product(s) will be sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment.

Budgetary Quotations

Quotes or Ask for Price enquiry issued from shreemati are valid for 30 days from the date the quote was issued. As quoted pricing is based on the “whole-order value”, shreemati can only guarantee quoted pricing where no changes have occurred between the original quote and the final order. To ensure accurate pricing, please include the quote number on your purchase order.

Guarantees & Warranties

All products carry a manufacturer/Vendor’s warranty against defects. The product warranty information can be found on the product information page on our website and / or inside the box or packaging. All products are covered by the manufacturer/Vendor’s standard warranty. Products which are purchased through shreemati carry a 7-day money back guarantee.

Simply call one of our customer care to obtain a return authorization number and return the product in the original packaging to our warehouse. You will be credited the full purchase price upon receipt.

Items that are not covered eligible for refund include those that are exposed to bodily fluids like blood, breast milk, saliva, urine, sores ,wounds or  mentioned on product page.
