1. Purpose

It applies to all buyers, vendors, affiliates, and visitors using the platform.

All complaints and communications with the Grievance Officer are kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or regulatory authority.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
All legal disputes, claims, or actions arising out of or relating to any transaction, agreement, or policy of wholesellers.shreemati.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore (Madhya Pradesh) and Kolkata (West Bengal), India.
This clause supersedes any conflicting jurisdictional provisions in user or vendor agreements.
7. Governing Law
This Statement and all related policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:
- The Information Technology Act, 2000
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
