👤 ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION
Who can register on wholesellers.shreemati.com?
Our wholesale portal is open to businesses, resellers, and trade buyers with a valid GST IN, trade license, or reseller certificate. Individual retail customers should use our retail site www.shreemati.com.
Is the wholesale site separate from the retail one?
No. wholesellers.shreemati.com is an extension of www.shreemati.com, under the same legal entity Shreemati E Shopee. Both share the same registration and tax ID but have separate user accounts.
Do I need a GST number to buy?
Yes. A valid GST IN is mandatory for tax-compliant invoices and input-tax credit.
How do I create an account?
Visit wholesellers.shreemati.com → click Register → fill in business details (GST IN, PAN, address, contact person) → upload KYC → verify via email/SMS. Approval usually within 1–2 business days.

💰 PRICING & PAYMENT
How are product prices shown?
Prices are exclusive of GST unless marked otherwise. Taxes and shipping are added during checkout.
What payment options are available?
• Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS)
• UPI / Net-banking
• Advance payment or approved credit terms(if available) (Net 30 / Net 45)
Who issues the GST invoice?
The Vendor issues invoices directly. If the Platform acts as Vendor, invoices are issued under Shreemati E Shopee.
How is tax handled (GST, TDS, TCS)?
• Vendors charge GST
• Platform deducts 1% TDS and 0.5% TCS
• Certificates shared

📦 ORDERING & DELIVERY
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Cancellations allowed within 24 hours and before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellations aren’t permitted.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Usually 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on location. Tracking details are emailed once shipped.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. PAN-India delivery via Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post. Bulk freight/self-pickup available on request.
Who bears shipping costs?
Unless marked Free Delivery, buyers pay freight based on weight/zone. Return freight depends on fault (Vendor/Buyer/Courier).
Is shipping insured?
Orders above ₹10,000 are insured by default unless Buyer opts out in writing.
What if my order is delayed?
Delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen events. Liability limited to order value.

🧾 RETURNS & CLAIMS
What should I do if I receive damaged or wrong goods?
Email shreemati.care@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours. Keep original packaging. Verified claims are replaced or refunded per policy.
Are returns allowed for buyer error or excess stock?
No. Wholesale (B2B) orders are final except for damage, defects, or wrong items.

🏬 VENDOR & AFFILIATE
How do I become a Vendor on the wholesale site?
Visit wholesellers.shreemati.com/vendor-register → fill onboarding form with GST, product list, and bank details. Approved Vendors manage inventory and payments via dashboard.
What commissions or deductions apply to Vendors?
Platform deducts:
• Category-based commission
• Payment gateway fee
• 1% TDS + 0.5% TCS before payout
How often are Vendor payments released?
Settlements on a rolling 7–15 day cycle post successful delivery and tax deductions.
How do I join the Affiliate / Partner Program?
Register via the Affiliate Portal → submit PAN & bank details → earn 1–3% commission on referrals. Payouts monthly with ₹1,000 minimum and TDS deduction.

⚖️ PRIVACY & LEGAL
Is my business data shared with anyone?
No. Data between retail and wholesale portals is segregated and used only for operations and compliance.
Who do I contact for support or disputes?
Email shreemati.help@gmail.com or open a ticket. For grievances, write to shreemati.care@gmail.com. Response within 48 hours; resolution in 15 business days.
Which courts have jurisdiction?
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indore (M.P.) and Kolkata (W.B.) courts.
