1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on wholesellers.shreemati.com (“the Platform”), you (the Buyer) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and this Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
These policies are designed to protect all parties: Buyers, Sellers/Vendors, and wholesellers.shreemati.com.


2. Our Role as a Marketplace

wholesellers.shreemati.com acts as an intermediary platform connecting Buyers with independent Sellers/Vendors (“Sellers”).
The Seller, not wholesellers.shreemati.com, is the ultimate supplier of the goods and is responsible for:

  • Order fulfillment
  • Product quality
  • Honoring return policies

wholesellers.shreemati.com facilitates transactions and provides this policy to ensure consistency.


3. Order Cancellation

3.1 Cancellation by wholesellers.shreemati.com / Seller

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Limitations on product quantity
  • Product or pricing inaccuracies
  • Credit verification or fraud concerns
  • Non-receipt of payment (see Section 3.3)

If cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3.2 Cancellation by Buyer

Buyers may request cancellation by contacting Customer Care.

3.3 Non-Receipt of Payment

  • Cash Deposits: Order cancelled if not received within 48 hours
  • Cheque/DD: Order cancelled if not deposited and informed within 48 hours

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Strict Condition)

To prevent fraudulent claims, the Buyer must record an unedited, continuous video (“Unboxing Video”) starting before the package is opened and showing:

  1. Shipping label and sealed package condition
  2. 360° package view
  3. Opening of the package
  4. Condition of all items received

No claims for damage, defect, or missing items will be accepted without a valid Unboxing Video.
This rule is non-negotiable.


5. Return & Refund Policy

5.1 General Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and with all original tags
  • In original packaging (including branded boxes/bags)
  • Accompanied by the original invoice

For Sellers: A “boxing video” of product condition before dispatch is recommended for protection.


5.2 Eligible Return Reasons & Procedures

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following are FINAL SALE (unless damaged/defective with valid Unboxing Video):

  • Lingerie / innerwear / hygiene items
  • Personal care products
  • Perishable / temperature-sensitive items
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on product page
  • Footwear with worn soles or missing original box
  • Installed or assembled products
  • Any product where Unboxing Video is not provided

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after returned items are received and approved.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Cash payments are refunded via cheque to the verified billing address.
  • Restocking fees and shipping charges are non-refundable for “not to liking” returns.
  • Bank or card processing delays are outside our control.

7. Return Shipping & Risk

  • If the Seller is at fault (wrong/damaged item): wholesellers.shreemati.com provides prepaid return shipping.
  • For all other returns: Buyer bears shipping cost and risk.
  • Buyers are strongly advised to use trackable & insured courier services.
  • wholesellers.shreemati.com assumes no liability for return shipments lost/damaged in transit.

8. Product Warranty & Quotations

  • Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty (details vary per product).
    wholesellers.shreemati.com only facilitates, and is not a party to such warranties.
  • Budgetary quotations are valid for 30 days, subject to change based on final order value.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

wholesellers.shreemati.com’s total liability shall not exceed the total purchase amount of the order in question.

wholesellers.shreemati.com is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of profit
  • Consequential or special damages
